Our Purpose
To provide quality leadership training in women’s ministries for Alliance laywomen of all ages.

Our Vision
To develop confident and competent leaders while providing tools and resources for ministry.

Program of Study
Leadership training classes will be offered regionally in the fall and spring of two consecutive years. They will be structured so that a student can begin at any unit but would be required to complete all the units in order to receive credit. Each unit will be offered on a single day with two three–hour sessions.

Certification
Students attending the eight classroom sessions and successfully completing all assignments will be certified as Alliance Women Ministries leaders. Also, students may be required to complete supplemental reading, homework, and/or projects. Each session will be graded on a pass/fail basis. Women not seeking certification may audit sessions for a reduced fee.
